Hearty soup for a cold day. I particularly like it with sweet corn muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for 15 Bean soup

35 g dry 15 Bean Soup
14.5 oz Tomatoes Diced
4 Teaspoon Juice
3 cloves Garlic
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Chili Powder
64 oz Water
3 link (4" long x 1-1/8" dia) Smoked Link Sausage, Pork And Beef

Recipe Directions for 15 Bean soup

  1. Soak beans overnight

  2. Slowly cook beans in 2 qts water for around 2 hours, stirring often

  3. Add other ingredients and cook, uncovered, for an additional 30-45 minutes. Stir in the little packet of spices that comes with the beans a couple minutes before you're ready to eat. Salt & pepper to taste

  4. Serve
