Recipe Ingredients for 144 calorie Blueberry smoothie

1 (g g) .5 serving ( 4 Oz) fresh blueberries
6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
1 pkt Sweetener Calorie-Free
1/2 serving(4 Oz) Motts lite apple juice drink

Recipe Directions for 144 calorie Blueberry smoothie

Add all ingredients except ice in blender and blend. Then add the ice one at a time on the "smoothie" setting or "icebreaker" setting. I put in 12 to 15 pieces of the half moon shaped cubes my icemaker produces.
