Deliciously! Moist but not too sweet. 1/18th 9x13 cake pan.

Recipe Ingredients for 14 Carrot Cake

2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. Honey
1 c. Oil
2 c. carrots, grated
8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Recipe Directions for 14 Carrot Cake

Shift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add honey, oil, and eggs and mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool a few minutes in pan and then turn out on a wire rack to cool.
