Recipe Ingredients for 13 Bean Soup

4 serving 13-Bean Soup Mix
16 oz Pork, Fresh, Leg (Ham), Shank Half
10 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for 13 Bean Soup

  1. Soak beans overnight. Rinse well in the morning.

  2. Put beans in pot. Cover with 2.5 quarts of water. Put in ham shank. Boil for 1 hours. Reduce heat. Simmer for 3 hours.
