Recipe Ingredients for 120 calorie Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup yogurt
1 egg
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for 120 calorie Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin pans or line with muffin liners.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.

  3. Combine vegetable oil, eggs and milk in a small bowl and mix well. Gently combine the egg mixture with the dry ingredients taking care not to overmix. Fold in blueberries.

  4. Fill muffin cups. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
