0.5 cup Chunk Light In Water Tuna
6 serving Arnold whole wheat 12 grain bread
1 serving Mayo
1 cup, diced Celery
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tsp Celery Seed
1 tablespoon Oregano

Begin toasting 2/6 slices. Drain tuna, add to bowl. Chop and add 1c celery to bowl. Add 1tbsp Hellman's olive oil mayo to bowl. Add 1 tbsp celery seed to bowl. Add 1tsp oregano to bowl. Stir well. Distribute mixture over 3 slices. Add remaining slices, press firmly; slice.
