Recipe Ingredients for 11/29/10 Flatlander Chilli

5 portions ground beef, 80% lean (2.5 lbs)
3 cups canned black beans, drained
3 cups canned kidney beans, drained
32 oz canned tomatoes, diced
1 large onion
12 oz canned corn, drained
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
5 cups Soup, Beef Broth, Cubed

Recipe Directions for 11/29/10 Flatlander Chilli

  1. Mix ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Cook all day on high.

  3. Optional - cook all day the next day on low.
