Recipe Ingredients for 101 recipes-Harissa paste

5 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
3 oz anaheim chili
3 oz green pepper

Recipe Directions for 101 recipes-Harissa paste

  1. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  2. extra virgin olive oil, for topping off 1 Soak the dried chillis in tepid water to cover until softened,
