Recipe Ingredients for 100 Plan -Fat Free Blueberry Muffins

3/4 c fat free soymilk
1/2 c applesauce
1/4 c water
2 c whole wheat pastry flour ( you can use white all purpose if you prefer)
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Recipe Directions for 100 Plan -Fat Free Blueberry Muffins

  1. Mix wet ingredients.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Add blueberries to dry ingredients and coat with the flour mixture.

  4. Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for about 18 minutes.
