Recipe Ingredients for 100 Plan - LA 2 Bean Hash

1/2 tbsp kidney beans
1/2 tbsp black beans
1/4 cup swede, diced
1/4 cup pumpkin, chopped
1/4 cup carrot, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for 100 Plan - LA 2 Bean Hash

  1. boil swede and pumpkin until tender

  2. saute onion

  3. add spices to onion

  4. Drain swede and pumpkin

  5. Add carrots

  6. MIx

  7. Stick under grill for 5 - 10 mins

  8. Cook beans for a few mins in water

  9. Add to grill last minute

  10. Sprinkle with more cumin.
