These pancakes are good with a small amount of peanut butter and a drizzle of warmed up honey.

Recipe Ingredients for 100% whole wheat pancakes

1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 c. non fat milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. oil

Recipe Directions for 100% whole wheat pancakes

mix dry ingredience in mixing bowl. In a seperate bowl add all other ingredient and whip with a wire whisk until very frothy and all of the honey is dissolved (about 2 minutes). Gently stir it into the the dry ingredients being careful not to over mix. Ladel out with a 1/4 cup ladel on a hot grill.
