A hearty bread with no added oil or fat. This recipe makes four one-pound loaves.

Recipe Ingredients for 100 % Whole Wheat Bread

7 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 oz Yeast
3 tsp Sea Salt
12 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for 100 % Whole Wheat Bread

Whisk dry ingredients together. Add water and stir to combine. Let rise for 2 hours. refrigerate. When ready to bake, shape loaf, and let rise for 90 minutes. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes.
