Recipe Ingredients for 100% Whole Wheat Bread

1 tbsp Egg, Whole, Dried
4 cup Rogers Bread Flour "Whole Wheat Bread Flour"
2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Poppy Seed
1 tbsp Golden Flax Seeds
3 oz Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
10 oz Water
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.17 oz Yeast

Recipe Directions for 100% Whole Wheat Bread

  1. 4 cups Whole Wheat Bread Flour

  2. 2 tsp salt

  3. 1/4 cup sugar

  4. 2tsp of each of the (4) seeds

  5. 1 Egg (dried)

  6. 1 1/3 cups warm water

  7. 1/4 cup canola oil

  8. 1 1/3 bread machine yeast

  9. Set to whole wheat setting
