Recipe Ingredients for 100% Whole Wheat Bread without Nuts

1 1/2 cup water - more as needed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons Agave syrup
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
114.96 grams vital wheat gluten (=1/2 cup)
1/4 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

Recipe Directions for 100% Whole Wheat Bread without Nuts

  1. Set Bread Machine to Whole Wheat Bread (small)

  2. Heat water, olive oil, and Agave Nectar to aprox. 106 degrees then add to pan.

  3. Add whole wheat flour on top of water mixture, then add the gluten, cracked wheat, salt and wheat.

  4. Make a small well in flour and add yeast (Important no salt or liquid should come in contact with the yeast).

  5. In coffee grinder, grind cracked wheat, wheat germ, walnuts and sunflower seeds.

  6. Start machine.
