Recipe Ingredients for 100% whole wheat bread

7 pounds Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
8 1/2 cups water
1 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons Salt, Table
1 1/2 tablespoons Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Recipe Directions for 100% whole wheat bread

Mix all ingredients. Knead till smooth. Let rise till double. Punch down. Let rise till double again. Make into six 9 x 5 x 3 loaves. Let rise till the sides go all the way up the sides of the pan. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes.
