Recipe Ingredients for 100% whole wheat bread

7 pounds whole wheat flour
8 1/2 cups water
1 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons Salt, Table
1 1/2 tablespoons Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Recipe Directions for 100% whole wheat bread

Mix and knead for bread. Let rise one hour. punch down. Let rise 1/2 hour. punch down. Make into six 9 x 5 loaves. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes.
