Recipe Ingredients for 100 Calorie, no-sugar added banana muffins + fiber

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup flaxseed, ground
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas, mashed (approx 2)
1/3 cup splenda no calorie
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract, no alcohol

Recipe Directions for 100 Calorie, no-sugar added banana muffins + fiber

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). line with paper muffin liners.

  2. Mix together ingredients. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
