Recipe Ingredients for 100 Calorie Banana Muffins by x17star17x

1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cups sugar
2 egg whites
3 bananas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for 100 Calorie Banana Muffins by x17star17x

  1. Mash bananas with fork. Mix in sugar and egg whites with fork.

  2. Add the rest of ingredients (vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour) and fold into wet mixture until incorporated using fork.

  3. Spray cupcake pan with Pam and put 1/4 cup batter into tins. This recipe should fill all 12 tins.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
