Recipe Ingredients for 100 calorie banana muffins!

250 ml unsweetened almond milk (of course u could use reg milk but would up cals)
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp cocoa powder
75 g plain flour
75 g whole wheat flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for 100 calorie banana muffins!

Preheat your oven to 200 deg C/400 deg F/ mash the bananas in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, beat your eggs. Stir the eggs and milk into the bananas. Puree with a hand blender. Sieve your flour cocoa, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder, and fold into the batter. Spoon a generous amount of the mixture into each muffin case. Bake for 20 minutes, until risen and golden brown
