Recipe Ingredients for 10 second salsa

2 roma tomatoes
2 tbs fresh cilantro
1 tbs lime juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 red bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp jalapeno
1/4 c sweet onion
1/4 tsp salt (blend it up)

Recipe Directions for 10 second salsa

Add to vitamix in order listed. Set to Variable #5 and dice until desired consistency using tamper wand.
