A simple, quick recipe for szechuan style chicken with basic ingredients. This is usually served over white rice.

Recipe Ingredients for 10-Minute Szechuan Chicken

4 Chicken Breast, Boneless and skinless cut into cubes
3 tbls cornstarch
1 tbls vegetable oil
4 Garlic Cloves
5 tbls Soy Sauce, low sodium
1 1/2 tbls white wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp white sugar
3 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste

Recipe Directions for 10-Minute Szechuan Chicken

  1. Place the chicken and cornstarch into a bag or bowl, and toss to coat. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chichen pieces adn garlic, stirring constantly until lightly browned. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.

  2. Stir in the green onions, and cayenne pepper, cook uncovered for about 2 more minutes. Serve over white rice. (Rice not included in the Nutritional values).
