Recipe Ingredients for 10 Minute Shrimp Stir Fry

1/2 lb. shrimp Shrimp Cooked
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 container MINUTE Ready to Serve Brown Rice
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Garlic Pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for 10 Minute Shrimp Stir Fry

Heat oil in frying pan. Add garlic, cook until browned. Add Shrimp and bell peppers. Season with soy sauce, salt and garlic pepper. Meanwhile, heat minute rice in the microwave per the instructions on the box. Drain rice and add to the shrimp mixture and stir together for an extra 2 minutes.
