Recipe Ingredients for 10-Minute Minestrone

15 ounce of kidney beans
4 cups vegetable broth
14 1/2 ounce tomatoes, diced with onion and garlic
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
16 ounce frozen vegetables, Italian blend

Recipe Directions for 10-Minute Minestrone

  1. In a 4-quart saucepan, combine everything but the frozen vegetables.

  2. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.

  3. Now stir in the vegetables, cover, and cook until tender (around six minutes).

  4. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese (if desired).
