Recipe Ingredients for 10 Grain Seeded Crackers

1 c 10 Grain Hot Cereal
1/4 c Almond Meal/Flour
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbl olive oil
2 tbl egg whites
2 tbl flax seeds
2 tbl sesame seeds
2 T Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
3 tbl water

Recipe Directions for 10 Grain Seeded Crackers

  1. preheat oven 250

  2. prepare a baking pan with cooking spray.

  3. combine 10 grain cereal, almond meal and salt in a food processor.

  4. Add remaining ingredients, pulksing to combine.

  5. Drop by teaspoons on prepared baking sheet. flatten with a damp hand or back of spoon.

  6. Bake 25- 30 minutes. Watch for over-browning. Crackers should be crisp. Makes 36
