The soup should replace the main meals (lunch and dinner) for 1 week. Below is a menu to follow during that week. Doing so, you can lose 4-8 pounds in one week. DAY 4 Bananas + Skim Milk + soup. You can eat up to 3 bananas during the day, beaten with milk or not. Use sweeteners. DAY 5 Meat in reasonable amounts (chicken or fish, except pork) + Tomatos + Soup Drinking plenty of water and teas to help in the elimination of uric acid. DAY 6 Meat (chicken, fish, avoid pork) + vegetables in reasonable quantities + Soup DAY 7 Brown rice in reasonable amount + Vegetables + Soup

4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
120 g Cream of Onion Condensed Soup
1 Eggplant
1 head red Cabbage
2 red onions
1 1/2 cups green onions
2 Bell peppers
2 big Carrots
2 Tomatoes
8 stalks Celery
3 cups Baby Bella Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for 1 Week Brazilian Detox Soup

Chop all vegetables then sautéed the vegetables in the olive oil, black pepper and condensed soup. Next, cover all with water. Cook for 20 minutes (or 40 minutes), or until all vegetables reach a desirable texture.
