The calories on this recipe are not correct b/c I could not get the system to pull up fat free foods. the actual calories and fat grams are less. resulting in a 1.33 point cornbread.

Recipe Ingredients for 1.33 points cornbread

1 c. Corn meal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
2/3 c. fat free, plain, Yogurt
1/3 c. fat free sour cream
1 egg
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for 1.33 points cornbread

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Mix liquid ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Gently fold the wet into the dry. Pour into a round cake pan, sprayed with Pam.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are a golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  5. Cut into 6 wedges.
