This low carb recipe replaces bread for nearly anything you need. you decide the shape!

Recipe Ingredients for 1 Minute Low carb Bread or Buns

1 tbs butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
2 tbs splenda sweetner
3 tbs flax
1 tbs soy flour
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for 1 Minute Low carb Bread or Buns

  1. Melt butter in microwave and add baking soda and egg white and beat with fork until well blended. Add flax, soy and splenda. The batter may seem a little thick so I add about 1/4 cup of water to make a thick batter. spoon into to small round ziplock plastic containers and place in microwave for 1 min 20 seconds.

  2. These can be made with any shape container you need. The batter doesn't need to be very thick at the bottom but it should cover the bottom entirely.

  3. Experiment. This is a fun recipe.
