1 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving bertolli extra virgin olive oil
16 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Sea Salt
