Buscuit crust with blueberry filling Apples or peaches maybe substituted for the blueberries.

Recipe Ingredients for 1 Hour Pudding

2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup margarine
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups hot water

Recipe Directions for 1 Hour Pudding

  1. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, sugar and salt

  2. Cut in margarine

  3. Add milk, eggs and then blueberries

  4. Form ball and place in a lightly greased casserole dish

  5. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over dough

  6. Place, uncovered in 350'F oven for 1 hour or until golden brown
