Here's a one-dish family pleaser with all your favorite Mexican ingredients--salsa, cheese, taco seasoning and corn chips. (Use All Recipe for print out)

Recipe Ingredients for 1-Dish Taco Bake

1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup corn meal
2 packages Yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons Corn Oil
1 egg
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
1 ounce corn chips (cup)

Recipe Directions for 1-Dish Taco Bake

  1. Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

  2. Mix batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.

  3. Top batter with taco meat filling. Pour salsa evenly over meat; sprinkle with shredded cheese and corn chips.

  4. Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
