Delicious Home Made Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for #1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

2 large eggs
1 cup
2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp imitation vanilla
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for #1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven 375

  2. Soften two sticks of margarine in medium bowl

  3. Combine, eggs, margarine, vanilla,brown sugar, and white sugar and mix well

  4. In seperate bowl add flour, chocolate chips, baking soda, and salt and mix well

  5. Pour the wet mixture in with the dry and mix untill you see no more of the flour mixture in the bowl

  6. Take a table spoon and scoop out the mixture, scraping the spoon across the wall of the bowl so that its an even tbl spoon, and use your finger to scrape it out on to the baking pan.

  7. This recipe should make 48 cookies. .. Place pan in preheated oven on middle rack and cook for 9-11 minutes or untill golden brown...

  8. Be sure to remove the cookies with a spatchula and place the onto a plate or cooling rack after they are done to prevent them from cooking on the pan.

  9. Enjoy with tall glass of milk or a hot cup of coffe and share with friends :)
