1/2 cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries Dried Fruit
8 serving broccoli flav r pack
4 oz Mayonnaise
2 oz 2% Reduced Fat Milk
1 serving pistachios golden orchards
6 gram Stevia Sweetener
18 grams Bac'n Pieces Bacon Flavored Bits
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 serving Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for #1 Broccoli Cranberry salad

  1. 1. Cut florets of broccoli into small pieces

  2. 2. Place broccoli, pistachios,onions, and cranberries in bowl and toss together

  3. 3. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar , milk and stevia, blending well

  4. 4. Add to broccoli and mix until coated

  5. 5. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight

  6. 6. Top with bacon when you serve the dish
