14 oz can black beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for $1 Black Bean and Salsa Soup

  1. 1. Place 1 cup beans, salsa, broth and cumin in a blender.

  2. 2. Puree until smooth.

  3. 3. Transfer to a medium saucepan.

  4. 4. Add remaining ingredients except chips.
