Recipe Ingredients for 1 baked plum tomato

1 medium raw Plum Tomato
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Directions for 1 baked plum tomato

Wash and cut tomatoes in half. Put on foiled lined sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over each half. Bake for 3-4 hours at 275 degrees.
