Light Macaroni Salad Using 1/2 Pound of Dried Macaroni

Recipe Ingredients for 1/2 Pound Light Macaroni Salad

6 cup elbow shaped Macaroni
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 oz Carrots, Baby
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
4 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Tiny Shrimp
10 tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
3 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for 1/2 Pound Light Macaroni Salad

  1. Hard boil eggs while cooking macaroni.

  2. Cut celery, onions ad carrots.

  3. Drain and cool macaroni.

  4. Separate cooked egg white cut and add to macaroni.

  5. Add onion, carrots and celery.

  6. Add tiny shrimp.

  7. Add 10 Tbsp of Low Fat Mayonnaise.

  8. Add 3 Tbsp of Real Mayonnaise.

  9. Add 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Salt.

  10. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
