Recipe Ingredients for 1/2 breakfast burrito

1 potato
1/2 cup lentils
175 g yoghurt
1 egg, scrambled
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 oz Havarti Light Semi-firm Cheese
1 tortilla

Recipe Directions for 1/2 breakfast burrito

  1. 1. Scramble egg with spinach and mushrooms.

  2. 2. Lay out tortilla, pile all ingredients into it.

  3. 3. Place in oven at 350deg until ready, or pop into the microwave.
