This is so fast and a great dessert!

Recipe Ingredients for 1-2-3 Blackberry Sherbet

4 cups blackberries
2 cups sugar
2 cups buttermilk

Recipe Directions for 1-2-3 Blackberry Sherbet

  1. In a food processor, combine blackberries and sugar; cover and process until smooth.

  2. Strain and discard seeds and pulp.

  3. Stir in buttermilk.

  4. Transfer puree to a 13-inx9-in dish.

  5. Freeze for 1 hour or until edges begin to firm.

  6. Stir and return to freezer.

  7. Freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.

  8. Just before serving, transfer to a food processor; cover and process 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
