I work the night shift. When should I eat?

I work from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and I get my bedtime sleep from 4:30 PM when my husband comes home until 8:30 PM when I get up to get ready for work. My daughter naps in the late morning for about 1.5 hours. When should I be eating and exercising?
A reasonable meal schedule would be “breakfast” at 9:00 PM, “lunch” at 2:00 AM and “dinner” as 7:00 AM with little snacks in-between and at bedtime as needed. You could exercise in the late morning while your daughter naps. But, ideally, you would sleep for 8 hours between 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Sleep is important because lack of sleep and weight gain are closely related. Research shows that people who sleep four to five hours a night are 50 to 73% more likely to be obese.
