On television, they say that you shouldn't exercise before you go to bed. Why? Isn't it better to exercise even late than not at all? Sometimes that is the only time I can find to ride my stationary bike.

If you do get revved up, take a warm bath, preferably scented with a few drops of lavender. A bath and lavender are natural relaxants.
