Well this is now my second time around on CC, I first manged to get to 74 kgs (163 lbs), but I'll be honest I got bored with working on my own at home, and fighting to eat healthy. I was weak and kept being suckered in by the cup cakes and fast food while on Holiday and changing jobs and routine last summer and I didn't go back onto the diet when it all settled down. Over Christmas I noticed that I had crept up to 84 kgs ( 185 lbs). I eventual goal is between 60-64 kgs (132 - 140 lbs). I'm 5'6" tall. I will see what I look like when I get to this weight, and decide then if I want to try and loose some more, or just keep my weight.
