Thanks Jamie,  I'll try it, no rice though.  I tend not to "know" portion size with rice, bread, potato and juice. I am like the Energizer Bunny,  I keep going and going and going....  So I stay far far away when trying to lose weight.  Will let you know how it comes out.

Stepped on 3 times and scale said 216. I'll take it.   Plus I'm going out today and may eat salty foods so I don't want to mess up with a wrong reading tomorrow morning.  I am a day early for weigh-in.

I hate cooking so any 3 ingredient, fast low cal meal please put up.  I am getting bored with my menu.

Forgot to check in Monday.   Been too busy with work.   Welcome everyone.  Last week i did make 5 days exercising but i already missed Tuesday this week and i know i will not do anything for this weekend... the struggle is real.

The recipe really sounds delicious.

Have a walk away the pounds dvd but after a while her voice irritates me,  so i think i will put on a techno beat or other music and follow the screen. Thanks for reminding me.

Welcome everyone.   Everything thing is slowly coming back together, so I'm good. 

I'm hoping to get back my desire to exercise.   Hopes this helps motivate me to keep going 5 days a week to see the scale move and to not give in to laziness.
