I used CalorieCount a couple years ago to lose over 20 pounds, but slowly over the last year I've managed to derail myself and gain 10 pounds back. I've been "trying" to lose them since January...it's now Sept. and I've lost .5 pound. My daughter's getting married in October and I want those pounds gone so I look decent in my dress! Plus I know I'll feel better overall and my pants will fit. Important since fall weather is coming!
