I'm thin but I have a ‘belly bulge’ and it looks very bad. What shall I do to have a flat belly without loosing weight?
There are no quick fixes for belly fat. You should be sure to eat most of your calories in the form of vegetables, whole grains, nuts, olive oil, and fat-free dairy products because research shows that a diet high in fiber, calcium, and monounsaturated fat can selectively reduce abdominal fat. Just remain within your calorie requirements! Exercises, like Pilates, that build the core muscles can condense your mid-line, but it takes consistency and time for it to work. And then, if you truly have no weight to lose, you might benefit from abdominal liposuction that removes fat right under the skin; however, liposuction remove does not visceral fat around the internal organs, which raises the risk for chronic disease. If you're interested, you can watch this video about liposuction at About.com.

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
