104 grams Cucumber
44 1/2 grams Cabbage
56 13/20 grams Seafood Sticks
14 grams Roe
26 grams Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Kani Salad

  1. Chop cucumber into thin slices (really, really thin slices) and place on top of two cabbage leaves.

  2. Put mayonnaise on top and add a tablespoon of cod roe and a crab stick.
