I put in my current weight, 118.5 lbs, and it gave me a daily calorie intake chart with numbers that surprised me! Many of the daily calorie requirements for fat loss are well below my BMR of 1350! While I'm not trying to lose weight, I would like to get rid of some body fat. (If I lose a pound or two in the process, I wouldn't mind...) However, I don't think it'll do me any good to follow this calculator.
Does anyone have any zig-zag advice? My BMR is 1350, sedentary burn is rougly 1580. I typically do cardio 4-5 times a week (eliptical or treadmill for 30 - 45 min), and weight lifting or pilates 2 -3 times a week.

hi there...I am not sure what to tell you...i went to the website and put in my weight and for weight loss (not extreme weight loss) the calorie intake were above my BMR except 2 days but a few day not eating your BMR would be ok...not everyday though.
