I am 19 years old, 5'7, 185 pounds, and I wear a size 10 jeans. Is that really abnormal? because it seems from what people have told me that it is.
Maybe you carry your weight differently? Cause I'm 18, 5'9" and I'm 170 and wear a size 13.
It's not that unusual really. What size are you on top? People tend to just carry weight in different areas. I'm 177lb and 5ft 8 inches and wear an 8-10 on top, but a 12 on the bottom. A lot of it depends on your shape.
I'm 5'3 and when I was 189, I wore a 10-12, depending on the brand. Some of us were just blessed (cursed) with narrow lower halves. I'm back up to 205 now and I still wear a 12--fits the waist, but a little baggy in the legs.
It's generally a bad idea to compare your body to others since we are all shaped so differently!
When I was 5'4" and 181 lbs I wore size 10 pants too. I think I'm just dense ;)
When I was 5'1'' and about 180, I generally wore 13's. I had Fubu pants or something like that that were 11 wides (first time I ever heard of wide jeans).
I'm 5'3", a bit less than 185 and I am pleased that I am now wearing a size 16 or 18. A year ago I was wearing about a size 26.
I has been 18 three times already. But when I was 18 the first time, I weighed about 130 and was a size 12 or so.
I am 24 years old and am 5' 8". Before my first born when I was around 185 I could wear size 12's, after my first when I dropped back down to 185 I wore a 14. Now that I have had ny second child and i am now at 179 I wear a 16 comfortably but can squeeze into a size 14. I blame my kids and try not to think of the size that much because I really don't look like a size 16.
We are all so different. But when you get older it takes about 15/20 pounds for a size change.. In my 30s it was 10 pounds and I always could lose that over a weekend. Now it takes me about 6 weeks to lose that much. At 170 lbs I wear an 11 in jrs size and am 5'5
well i'm 5'7 and 170 lbs. and wear a jrs size 15 or 17... i've always been very bottom heavy though and carry all my weight there so it's the place im having the hardest time losing. im hoping around 160 ill be a 13 (crossing my fingers lol)
By 18 three times I mean I am now 56 years old. Sorry that wasn't clear.
I'm 25, 6'0", 184 lbs, and I wear a size 10 or 12 jeans depending on the type. I'm labeled as "slightly overweight" but I also appreciate the fact that I have some curves.
Perhaps for your height size 10 sounds wrong, but remember your a women and our bodies tend to have curves--- nothing wrong with that.
Wow. I was 5'9" and 185lbs last year and still a tight sz 14. As others have said, its all in how you carry the weight.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
