Hi my name is Sarah, in my teens and twenties I weighed 105-118 I am 5'3 and have a small frame. Went through a divorce in my mid twenties, no weight gain there actually lost about 15 lbs, got in two major car accidents 2005 and 2006 was put on a PTS (Post Trauma Syndrome) Med due to anxiety issues behind the wheel I must have tried 10 different kinds over the 4-5 yr period, then they added a "inplannion" a new birth control just under the skin above the elbow. In 2009 I quit smoking after 14 yrs, in 2010 I stopped taking the meds, my anxiety has subsided, and I removed the birth control from my arm. I know this is a lot to take on.
I have gained 30 lbs over the last two years, I have been in and out of the gym. I am now 34, I used to be able to just think skinny and lose weight. Because of the anxiety I can not use any metabolism boosters it makes my heart race. I need help I need support.. Any diet suggestions with exercise? Any suggestions on how to teach your body to run, jog ? Thank you

You don't need metabolism boosters to lose weight. You lose weight by creating a calorie deficit by eating fewer calories than you burn. You should probably be aiming for a deficit of about 500 a day on average to lose around 1lb a week. The weight didn't go on overnight and nor will it come off overnight. The tools on CC will tell you how much you burn.
