I recently found the James Duncan diet online which is meant to make you lose 14 lbs in a week. You're only meant to attemp this diet for 1 week out of 4 as its such a high loss.
I looked up the calorie content for the diet and its less than 1000 calories a day. I'm just wondering whether I should keep it up for a week especially since I'm also doing exercise.
Has anyone else here tried it and did they get the results they wanted?
