Today I was really busy and didn't eat anything until 4:30 pm. I've ate 200 calories out of 1300... Should I squeeze the rest of my calories in before the end of the day? If I go by my usual eating schedule, I will only eat about 300 more calories today...
I would say that you should at least eat another 500-600 calories at dinner.
That should be pretty easy to do. Have some full-fat cheese, olive oil, peanut butter or cream with dinner.
That way you're upping your calories but they aren't nutritionally empty.
Make sure you eat more tomorrow or your body will eventually go into starvation mode.
I don't really know. But if it's been only today, i don't think is "bad" to have that deficit (just for today i mean). Just guessing, though.
listen to your body girl! if you body needs food, trust me, you'll know it. and if you don't get super hungry today, theres no point in stuffing yourself just to reach a numerical goal.
Yes, @havencounts is right. Have a good size meal for dinner and make sure your deficit doesn't continue for the next few days, otherwise your body will go into "starvation mode".
