That i discoverd this website today. I did not believe it when i saw there was actual information to GAIN weight instead of lose. I have been trying to put on weight since i was 12 years old, and only gained when i grew in height. I am 5'8 113 pounds. I am excited to try the recommended calorie intake and beat this abnormal body weight! Does anyone have any recipies that can help?

oh yeah, have milkshakes, add peanut butter to like everything, add maple syrup to your oatmeal, chips are light and have a lot of calories, add soy protein and nuts to smoothies, the powder adds 110 calories w/out you tasting a thing!!!!hope i helped!!

well, ill tell you something im very slim, and something is helping me, its called..
drink 1 after every meal, dont exceed 3 per day.

To put on weight in a completely healthy way, I would recommend avocados, nuts, peanut butter, 2% or whole milk, full fat yogurt made with whole milk, granola, raisins, dried fruit, adding butter and olive oil to cooking, regularly indulging in dark chocolate, whole eggs with cheese, regular cheese in general (I really really like gourmet cheeses but have had to steer clear of them), whole grain cereals, etc.
Even though you are trying to gain weight I would still try and avoid fast foods, fried foods, and stick to really good high cal options. You don't want to screw up your heart.
